Pros

Good benefits, and good pay

Cons

Too high of a call volume with not enough employees. High turn over rate because of RIDICULOUS expectations of no emergencies or situations you cannot help. There is no wiggle room in this company. If you're late or need to call of due to being sick or your child being sick, kiss your job goodbye. They're losing people because of their crazy standards for amount of occurances allowed. Accidents, emergencies and unforeseen things happen ALL the time, but this company could care less.
