      Consumer Cellular takes the safety of our employees very seriously. We follow all state and local guidelines regarding mask usage as well as CDC guidelines around quarantine and return to work.

      Pros

      When you need something the leaders are always there for support and you never have to go far to find one. If you have an idea you are encouraged to share it. I love how there are different ways to get T-Shirts and bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      No kid daycare is available. In the building daycare is something many of my coworkers would love to have so they can work overtime!

      Decent company to work for

      Pros

      Good MGMT, nice people, nice facilities, good hours, company paid health insurance, minimal policy but still great compared to almost every other company

      Cons

      The norm with call center "some customers are rude" Busy time, you might be asked to eat at your desk for lunch and keep taking calls while clocked out.
