Good benefits Environment is cool Overtime pay is great Dress code is pretty laid back

Somewhat disorganized Not really flexible about hours Some of the rules being set in place are ridiculous

Pros

Good benefits if you can wait for 6 months.

Cons

Pay is low to be a hoodini of sorts. Meaning your providing service to the senior community which despises technology in the first place. You have to wait to be bonus eligible for 6 months but are expected to be a sales superstar but don't get compensated. Consumer Cellular is not a carrier, therefore are put in a precarious scenario if one of the two networks is experiencing issues. I.E. Smart Phones Unable to receive and send Pic Messaging(ongoing issue)Some Supervisors set there Pods up like your in a Kindergarten Classroom.
