Pros

I am happy here - great benefits, my supervisor is great. I like working in office but you can work remotely too. Pay is ok -about the same as any other call center. They have changes some of our policies too which makes it easier. I have great scores and have promoted up!

Cons

It can be hard sometimes having angry people on the line, but at any clal center you will get angry people calling in.
