We could work in the office or from home. They really make you appreciated what you can do overtime and its worth it You work with the best people your coworkers make it fun to come to work. We have the best training team

Cons

The only bad part i could think of was not working her sooner to be honest i personally love my job i am so happy to be here

My 6 months plus @ Consumer Cellular

Pros

Pleasant place to be in office. Nice facility with modern and clean restrooms that are scented. People are nice and so is management. Management is understanding and helpful. Very curtious and respectful of everybody. Plenty of opportunity to advance within the company quickly and has many different positions available as well. Overtime is availble, work from home is available. The company provided my computer and monitors to take home for work.

Cons

Of all the scheduled shifts available, I did not like any. I chose the best fit for me at the time and hated the shift like the entire time I worked there with no better option for me. Also, I dont like that in order to try a different shift schedule you must trade with someone else. There is a board to post your desired shift on in the office and others can pick and trade with you if you agree to. It was too much hassle for me as I rarely go in the office and live far away.

Pay was at least decent and benefits were great. Not much else.

Cons

Cancelations negatively impact you when someone signs up a 90 year old for a smart phone.
