Pros

Pay is decent for starting as a call center rep and it's a company that is growing rapidly. I started as a call center worker 2 years ago and was a supervisor about a year and a half later, which you can make happen faster if you can hit metrics. Food trucks.

Cons

No scheduling flexibility. Very strict attendance requirements. Work from home is really bad for some reason. They give you the option, but it is filled with audio glitches that can ruin calls, so you might find it really challenging to be successful at home. Of course the customers can be frustrating. Management/ team support is hit or miss in terms of how helpful they are willing to be for you. Some people are great and some are frustrating.
