Attendance and Metrics! Super strict. Demographic directed to elders but, seniors need more hand holding/help. Hence long calls. Metrics are hard to maintain with this customer base. Revolving door is true. Don't expect to stay. All the fun that it used to be is being sucked out of the company. Other customers are often hard to help, many are low income, More and more of this demographic are joining due to low rate plans. They want everything they can get free. They want Verizon service on a beer budget. They won't follow directions and many are verbally abusive. Absolutely the worst corporate company I have ever worked for. If I could tell the owners what the majority of the employees really say about how they feel I would! Owners have an illusion that happy employees make happy customers. Very few employees are truly happy.

At an inbound call center, employees have zero control over the volume of calls that come in. But you will be unceremoniously let go if you don't meet the metrics of required calls per hour. Much too strict about metrics.
