Pros

Great pay, easy job, great culture, lots of opportunity for advancement (RARELY do they hire managers off the street, everyone with mgmt position started as a rep). Nice co-workers, great atmosphere, open door policy, TSS/sups are friendly, full paid benefits, PTO, UTO, flex days, free lunches sometimes, what is there not to like?

Cons

Kinda clique-y amongst some reps, not a company issue. Starting out can be stressful. That's about it. Filler filler filler

Pros

Good pay, super easy, and you get bonuses. Paid time off.

Cons

Don't get sick or you'll probably miss too many days and they will fire you. They say it's not sales orientated but it is.

Pros

I am really not sure why there is so much negativity on the page. I've been working for consumer cellular for about 8 months now and the place hasn't ceased to amaze me in any regard. The attendance policy is strict during the first few months during training but, honestly, what do you expect? It's a job. It shouldn't be hard to go to work everyday. Let's get real here. After your first few months, you're alloted tons of UTO, PTO, fully paid benefits (life, health, and dental insurance, matching 401K, long term disability, etc.), flexible schedules, and bonuses. Plus the pay is VERY reasonable for the type of work you do. Growth is the most notable characteristic that CC offers in my opinion. Since the customer base is growing so quickly, there is tons of room for potential growth if you look for it. You will still need to work hard, but it will be noticed (unlike a lot of jobs out there). The people you work with are generally very nice and it feels a lot more like a family than anything else. The founders and real people who go out and help the community and ACTUALLY give back. They don't have large offices that overlook their workers but rather humble sized offices that always have their doors open. Overall, I can honestly say that I've never been happier at a job like I am at Consumer Cellular.

Cons

None at the moment.
