Pros

Starting pay was fair. Interview and training was easy.

Cons

Attendance policy unforgiving. It's your typical call center. You are stats. Nothing more. I won't work for a place like that so I quit. I can and did do better. I'm sure it look them awhile to replace somebody of my caliber.

Pros

-great training (some would think *too long* for CSRs) -Great supervisors with good advice, consistent feedback. -fun environment, great benefits, meet fun coworkers, great company overall.

Cons

-sometimes really long que lines, people waiting on hold for 20+minutes, policy changes, weird hours.

* Able to select your scheduled every six months based on performance rankings. * Able to assist customers to find the best plan for them even if it means saving money, which is encouraged by the company

Cons

* Too much turnover. * Requirements that supervisors have for their teams are not consistent across the board. * Lack of recommendations on how to improve quality of calls, but told doing all the right things.
