- call monitors are a joke most of the time - supervisors don't really help, they tell you what you've already tried, some tss's are not that great either they just have attitudes. - attendance policy is way to much; (For example: me and Fiance having child, complications arose so had to be away from work, managers did not believe me so terminated me because I went past the policy, however I'm not going to let something go wrong with my unborn child, and nothing I could do to make up time or give proof to show them, also managers sarcastically said hope everything goes good with the baby even though now I was jobless)

The owners seem to still care however they have NO CLUE about the T-Mobile supervisor click in Redmond. If you were not prior T-Mobile you will get NO WHERE fast. The hours continually change and they are awful. All of the good beginnings in Redmond have quickly fallen away. Super young supervisors just because they are favored and from T-Mobile -- these individuals are nice but in NO WAY a supervisor. Those not "favored" are repeatedly turned down from new positions -- who wants to go through that? It is so sad and the owners have absolutely no clue. I advise you run away quickly.
