      Can move to higher position . As long as you play by their rules and take the steps needed (which are easy) you can go to next level. It's a number ran operation. If you look on paper your a go.. Great profit sharing . Does offer some what of medical .

      Cons

      Shift bids - no grace period to log in - should divide work load, as to assist customers with issues , you handle all aera of the call. Upper management are very cliquish . No longer family oriented

      They truly appreciate their employees, they try to create a fun environment. The supervisors work with you and care about your development.

      Cons

      Policies and formats are constantly changing. You have to be willing to adapt. Depending on what level you are important information is not always passed down to the reps.
