Pros

Health care benefits are good

Cons

Company stopped caring about the employees. The stats that had to be maintained was hard. Dealing with older generation first time smart phone users and telling them how to use the phone... but having to keep call times down, 4 to 5 minute calls only. Not Possible. Don't make your stats and you are written up, get written up 4 times in a 12 months period and you will be fired. Ask Supervisors what you can do to bring the call length and you will hear replies like "well just be faster" "try harder" "keep control of the call, don't let the person get a word in" Worked there for 3 years and only made 15.00/hr

Pros

Pays higher than average in the industry

Cons

It is a boiler room/boot camp for people that are just wanting a step-up from a typical call center. It is a small business that has micromanaging as its only way to even survive the day. Employees are timed to get bathroom breaks and lunches. This place is literally a modern-day slavery camp where there are no respect for employees from management and thus to each other.
