Great company to work for !
Pros
I have worked at Consumer Cellular for 4 years. I really feel that the company cares about its customers and employees. They have a great benefit package and even pay for our health care in full. They really care about the community and give back all year round. They even encourage you to volunteer at your favorite charity and they match your donation. The work environment is great. They offer varied schedules, great training and room for advancement. This is the first company I have worked at that really listens to the employee suggestions. I really feel the company offers a great value to the customer and works very hard to make sure we all feel proud to work at Consumer Cellular
Cons
Ii don't think they have many cons. If I had to list one it would be some growing pains. We are growing fast which is a great thing. They are working hard to keep up with the growth every day, but some employees get frustrated when this does not happen as quickly as they would like.
