Pros

Benefits can't be beat, they pay most of the cost! And if you like working (4) 10 hour shifts you can. Also, you can work from home.

Cons

This job promises $17/hr + commissions. The "commissions" are $2 for each new line added, .50 for each phone sold and $1 for insurance added to the phone. And no, I am not joking, unfortunately I did not find this out until AFTER I had already started the job! What a joke!

Pros

The company really proves how important it's employees are to it and provides a broad range of training for skills that will be used day-to-day. The pay is worth the job, and it's a fun one at that. The competitive atmosphere is inspiring instead of damning and urges employees to continuously benefit themselves.

Cons

I believe there should be more social events for the employees to meet one another outside of a competitive environment where they can really relax and connect. Consumer Cellular does make a good effort to bring people together, but other options may prove more lucrative to their endeavor. Other than this, I believe the company is really a solid place of employment.

Pros

Bonuses and healthcare only. Overtime

Cons

Toxic. Micromanage. Metrics always changing. You’re always wrong.
