      Pros

      - Paid Benefits - Growth opportunity and ability to network with leadership - You can actually meet the founders of the company - Great perks (Ping Pong and ice cream socials rock)

      Cons

      - Fast moving company that is growing quickly, you have to be able to keep up with changes - Most roles involve being at a desk for long periods of time - Attendance and timeliness is a big deal here
