They got free coffee and snacks. But the coffee is the only thing we are allowed to touch

Cons

Since the Original manager left everything has fallen apart. No breaks besides lunch for an 8 to 10hr shift. If you are a woman the men at that store will make sure you are not listened to, as well as just straight up ignore you. They steal customers, and lie on your name to the customers. As well as talk badly about you so they won't come back to you. If you go to HR with any problem instead of speaking to the one who called a meeting they will talk to everyone else and fire you with no evidence and will give you no time to talk or stand up for yourself. Your team WILL tear you down, take your commissions and lie to get what they want. I've been in this industry for 10 years now and because of how you are treated in this industry as a woman I won't go back. There is no growth, and as soon as you get a raise they will find a reason to fire you. As well as they keep ALL the commission when you leave even though in the paperwork is says nothing about keep the commission if we are let go or quit. Absolutely would not work here.
