Pros

I was hired on the spot in a remote interview, and I am able to work from home. They do pay you for the holidays they are closed(Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Christmas, New Years) and they offer FREE vision and dental even if you do not elect company health insurance.

Cons

Pay is minimal compared to the high stress, exhaustive atmosphere, hardly any chance to move up and even then, the pay raise is only $0.75. You don't get to set your own schedule; you have to pick from available schedules, which often interferes with your own life.

Pros

Pay, Schedule flexibility and benefits.

Cons

A lot of favoritism between management and senior employees. If you have health/ mental issues such as depression you better leave it out the door before YOU are fired.
