low pay for job could pay better

No serious training. Its definitely a joke, it lasts however long they want it to 2 days,three weeks, it varies. Casual dress. People wear headrags on thier heads, dress codes not enforced,promotions are only if you are in the cliques which begin at the top on down. They don't enforce rules unless you don't agree with the constant confusion on a multitude of fronts. If they ask for your ideas to make things better if they use it you will not get credit. Management is lazy,refuse to take Supervisor calls and pushes it off on whoever gets stuck with it. The stress and hostile work environment is not worth the pay. If you take the position keep your resume out there for better prospects and definitely do not get thier insurance. Somehow your choices can change but you dont find this out until you use it.
