Pros

This company is growing. They consolidated 5 offices in Missoula to facilitate a streamlined headquarters.

Cons

They work 95% with Medicare and Medicaid, as a result they can't set the rate for their services as most other business can to adjust for the changes in the employment environment (insurance mandates, minimum wage increase, joint employer relationships)

Pros

The pay rate was excellent and the family, I.e. the parent and child, that I worked with were absolutely wonderful.

Cons

The staff at the headquarters were often unreachable. There were times that I didn't get paid on my regular pay day or didn't receive my full pay, and I had to wait another two weeks to hopefully receive reimbursement.

Fantastic employee support, and a philosophy that puts clients first, business/growth second. Supportive management that is thoughtful and open to feedback. Work environment is relaxed and inviting to new people.

Cons

Company is in an expansion period and rapidly growing, so can feel a little disorganized at time. Company health benefits are awful. Salaries are ok due to the level of flexibility with most positions, but the work is hard and higher pay rates would be better.
