Pros

Compared to other similar agencies in are, very good supervision. Management is communicative and helps with training needs. Comfortable and professional environment. Culture is overall supportive. Totally reccommend working for them.

Cons

Pay is low. Raises are tiny. Not much incentive to stay a long time if you want to be able to afford basic living expenses as a single adult. The people who seem the most comfortable with this pay are the ones living with partners or roomates. If you are single or a single parent, very hard to live off these wages without supplement.

Pros

Good pay great clients good hours. Had one supervisor who really cared for her employees treated them fairly.

Cons

High turn over in the office. Constantly loosing our timesheets and not getting paid. My supervisor would change from day to day. Didn't know who to talk to.
