Consumer Direct practices non-biased hiring standards. Consumer Direct employs a wide range of ages, life situations and personality types.

Cons

The pay here is fine by Missoula standards but seems low when compared with national standards. The health and 401K plans are minimal at best.

I did not have one positive experience

Cons

You have no one to get ahold of, terrible communication no one knows who you are or what someone else told you. They will try to jip you out of your hours and pay and you will have to fight for months just to get paid.
