All the positive reviews are fake and an attempt to wash out the real ones.

Cons

Innappropriate behavior Lack of pay transparency Unrealistic goals and quotas No work life balance Minimum to no PTO Constant calls daily from angry customers and stores because CPS won’t stand by their product Managers will yell at you, CEO and CTO argue with each other Just very inappropriate. Stay at this place until you find something else Low pay and low commission structure.

I have been working at CPS for a couple of years now. It is a great working environment, with daily meetings and bonuses. The staff is kind and available to help with any questions I have.

Pros

I have been here a few months and I am very happy. The employees are so friendly and supportive. It's a brand new office so it's a very nice atmosphere. They are also very flexible with the hours. There is a part-time option and a full-time option. I also love that they give you bonus opportunities every single day!

Cons

You have to deal with a lot of rejection from potential clients. But that's the nature of the business.
