-They hire anyone -Paid training -Higher average pay than other facilities of the same type(if you can snag full time hours) -Direct access to management during shifts

Cons

-They hire anyone -Extremely poor training process, 2 trainers present for any size class(8-45 class size range) very little organization and information on actual on-job skills needed given during training is minimal. All important information needed is learned when training is already finished and you are already on live calls. -IT department unhelpful no matter how small the issue -Slack chat for "assistance" is filled with "peer" supervisors, supervisors, and managers, all who give wildly different answers to policy questions. -High turnover rate type company so individual employee importance is low -Poor quality hardware -Poor quality software -Poor quality servers -Difficult switching to non-live call teams (especially during holidays if you weren't hired on to those teams, which is rare) -Unpaid lunch(30min for 8.5 hours) -Restroom needs are taken from break times
