Pros

I been working with the company for 3 years and I love the environment. ContactUS is great at investing time and supplying the tools in it's employees to make them successful.

Cons

In peak season it's hard to find a parking spot :)

Pros

Administration Staff is very approachable and present, they do an amazing job of making the work environment fun and laid back, lots of events and incentives, great benefits, pay, and advancement opportunities

Cons

days can be slow, not much flexibility to schedule, and the calls get hard to hear when it rains due to lack of ceiling insulation

Pros

ContactsUs has provided many jobs and opportunities to an area that truly needed help. The atmosphere from the top to bottom has been wonderful. The HR and recruiting department works magic each and every time a class is needed. There has always been a saying that HR has an open door policy and this is a very true statement. Any conflicts, questions, assistance etc. is never questioned and always ends with the best resolution possible. Everyone inside of the company works as a team and has great communication between management and agent level. The company has remodeled out entire building and in my opinion it has never looked better. ContactUs is always making sure that the agents (who are our frontline) are involved in a lot of decisions, whether it is for incentive ideas, what kind of chairs are needed, ice machines, etc.. they truly want to make their employees jobs as easy as possible. I can honestly say I am proud to work for this company and that if I refer someone to work here that they will have the same feeling. This is the best call center company I have ever worked for and I have been in this industry for 10 years. Our corporate office is very involved and visits at least once a month to ensure everything is running smoothly and that just goes to show how much the company cares about their employees.

Cons

At this time there are not any cons that come to mind. I hope to see our company continue to grow into the best in the call center industry.

While we are very proud of the hard work we do here at ContactUS, it is not lost on us that this is, at times, a tough job. We appreciate that we have a leadership team that is ready to step up and at times step out of their comfort zones to help all employees be successful.
