Pros

- Many friendly support engineers and Team Leaders - Good pay for first job - Car Park - Despite the old products, you learn useful tools like OCOM, Kubernetes, NGINX, etc and what they do.

Cons

- In my experience, senior management can sometimes come across as dismissive when team members ask for guidance, which can make it challenging to get support (they also have a problem with micromanaging as seen everywhere) - Sometimes even the most senior support engineers will give the wrong advice which you'll take the fall for somehow - WFH applies only after probation which wasn't advertised in job description - Time tracking is unfairly strict, even if employees go above and beyond by staying back quite late - Not understanding about personal circumstances - Not enough training on the technologically ancient products + processes - One of the reviews about sales making up stuff about the product and support engineers taking the heat from customers for it is true
