Pros

The 401k match has been instrumental in my retirement planning . The branch I work for acts as a team, and since I spend more time at work than awake at home, I find they are like family members to me . I work with many people who have long term employment with Battery Systems , from 8 yeas up to 30 years.

Cons

I wish I could work 4 - Ten hours shifts and have every other Friday off , However M-F 7:30 to 4:00 isn't much to complain about .

No company is perfect. Every employment has its ups & downs, its advantages & disadvantages. I am confident that any grievance I have can be properly resolved through my upper management staff & human resource department.
