Pros

I'm new to the company, but have been in the battery business for many years. They have shown me in just a short time that employees are an asset and are willing to invest in them.

Cons

Benefits could be better.

DON'T DO IT

Pros

Weekends off . that's about it

Cons

Horrible commission structure. 4% of whatever you sell. meager benefits package. If you need anything beyond basic healthcare you will pay through the nose. They like to pile tons of work that is well beyond your job description and not compensate you for it . They have managers that are in charge of actually serving as a collection agency and lawyer for all of the various bad accounts . too cheap to hire a dedicated in house team to do this and instead bombard management with these ridiculous task . They are currently involved in a class action lawsuit for not paying their workers for lunch breaks etc. Pay is 16$ per hour to handle hazardous material EMBARRASSING

Hello! We want to first thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe that criticism, good or bad, is the only way to grow! You are correct--we do expect a high degree of effort and performance from our employees. We do also believe in matching those efforts with a high level of compensation. What sets us apart is our belief in total compensation. We believe that employees should not just be compensated monetarily, but with specific benefits that promote performance, leadership, and develop the person as a whole. We thank you again for your remarks and aim to grow as a company from them. Best Regards, Todd Scott Director of HR
