My company just got bought out by continental.They did very well at streamlining our sales/delivery process. Management has been good so far

Cons

Haven’t been under new management long enough to write cons. It takes time to implement new procedures

There are many benefits working for Battery Systems Inc.! I have never worked at a company that was so invested in it's employees! As a part-timer I still am able to participate in the 401K program and earn PTO. I am motivated to learn and help my team members advance in their knowledge of our accounting system. Battery Systems provides a wonderful learning environment that encourages us to attend seminars and visit branches to better understand our company. After four years of working here I can honestly say that the environment and accounting processes just keep getting better and better!
