Pros

Battery Systems is a great place to work. There have been some growing pains as expected with a company this has grown so much so quickly but the way that HR and management have handled it all says a lot. You are treated like an individual and a teammate and never just a number as with many other companies. Brad, the owner, takes time regularly to visit each of his locations and have a personal relationship with all of his employees. Branch managers are given the freedom and are actually encouraged to run their branch as if it were their own business. Overall the company has great leadership and a support system of people who really care about each employee.

The rapid pace and constant change. (Pro and con)

- My voice is heard when I have suggestions or ideas - Management cares about us and our well-being - I've seen a lot of opportunity for staff to advance - My team supports each other well - My manager cares about me and my personal goals - Good benefits and extra perks - Fun challenges and incentives each month

Cons

Benefits can be a little difficult to navigate, but once you get the hang of the process, it's not so bad.

No one has any idea what anyone is doing all of the time. They send the little people to deal with big issues that they have no right to deal with.
