Hign pay if you work 13 hour days and network on your own "free"time.

Cons

Everything! Including the Owner hiding behinf his "faith and so called family values".

Pros

Depending where you want to live, they have stores all over the west coast. Great oppurtunity to move within the company, ant position.

Cons

Some of the long term, old timers who have been here... are stuck in there ways. Doesn't seem to be a lot of help from most management on stopping that.
