Pros

Most of your Co-Workers are nice. The showroom is uniquely designed like little houses.

Cons

Very little training before being set out on your own. Lots and lots of changing things up. There are no set processes or procedures to how things are done. they say one way is how things are to be done and then chnge it next week. Or, it's good for one or two employees but not everyone. Lots of favortism, and to get ahead you have to be related to someone.

Pros

The company provides good products that you can be proud of.

Cons

Management is placed into a yearly contest to see who is the best producer. They become so concerned about their own numbers they forget about integrity and their people. I once had a manager drive 2 hrs into my area to sell a $25000 project when the people asked for me..
