Pros

Love this company. We serve the behavioral and mental health industry which is huge right now. Our customers passionately help individuals, families and their communities and that alone fills my cup. My team cares about each other and each others success. Best manager I've had in my career.

Cons

We are still a newer company (3 companies combined together). There are still areas of improvement, but I feel the necessary changes are being made. I can see the progress in our dashboards.
