ContinuumCloud has been a wonderful experience and my favorite place I've worked in my career thus far. As a growing company with recent mergers it's expected that there will be some pivots here and there and being adaptable can certainly help, but I think overall management does an excellent job of maintaining communication and transparency around changes/reasoning and expectations. I also really love that we have weekly check-ins, manager one on ones, and consistent feedback surveys regarding our thoughts on culture, position clarity, areas of support, improvement, and more. Leadership is also great about addressing the feedback and acting on responses such as adding some half days in the summer and implementing new teams to help work load. No company is perfect but I feel that employee input is valued and work is consistently appreciated here! The culture here is great and was one of the biggest things I was looking for in my next opportunity and I have not been disappointed! There are multiple ways to get involved remotely and connect with different teams and individuals to feel more connected as a remote first company. -Ample growth opportunity, seen multiple cross function and team based promotions in my time here -Great benefits, open PTO, encouraged to use the time and not work while on PTO is great -Highly collaborative environment -Last but not least, serving such an importance space is really rewarding and a huge motivator on a daily basis. It's also something that I think is a shared passion of the employees whether through personal ties or just valuing the importance of BH/HS itself and contributes to the culture as well
