Pros
Great company culture. I feel as though management listens to your ideas and provides good support and feedback. You're credited and recognized when doing a good job. In areas where supervisors see you can grow, they take the time to give helpful criticism in a manner that shows they truly want to see you develop as an employee and person (which I find to be a rare thing). The co-workers only add to an already good environment.
Cons
Not a lot of structure from a procedural standpoint and can get confusing. There have been a lot of changes and as such, "growing pains" are to be expected. Hopeful for this to slowly be ironed out and best practices to be clear.
