Pros
Control Air recently went ESOP (employee-owned), which is a great benefit to employees & really gives more control to employees in how the company is run. Since going ESOP, company really seems to be coming together and heading in the same direction. Management is open to suggestions/ideas, although they don't always implement -- but at least they listen. Fun events each month allow us to interact with other departments. Good atmosphere with a lot of really good co-workers. Love the charities and giving back!
Cons
Insurance benefits are really good if you are single, but a little costly if adding spouse or kids. Need more company-wide meetings so everyone knows what is happening (this seems to be happening more now that we are ESOP, but time-will-tell).
