Business Outlook
Pros
the employees there generally work hard and care about their job and the company. The founders and owners of the company work right upstairs which is a little intimidating but they are happy and love what they do. They are only a California based company, but a very large company with three buildings and expanding. Most of the departments communicate on a daily basis. The provide great benefits for their employees. It's been a great experience.
Cons
Much like any job, there are definitely office politics. Some people are definitely a little sexist, but you generally work find a way to work around those people.
