      Pros

      I've always been paid more every year, and the community is great. The work is hard in this industry, but the people make it more bearable for sure.

      Cons

      Medical is expensive, and sometimes management feels very disconnected from the employees.

      - Great place for development & growth. - "Open-door" mentality across all departments. - ESOP - Benefits are nearly 100% covered (without dependents). - Continuously growing team that is ambitious, and very successful at bringing in new projects. - A great leadership committee that is in tune with employee needs. They have made steady and impactful changes in recent years.

      Cons

      - Onboard training needs improvement. If you are new to the industry, the quality of your training will greatly depend on the department you are hired within. Some have their process dialed in while others lack structure. - Becoming swamped happens more often than it should,
