Real "can do" attitude with many knowledgeable people willing to help out with projects. Everyone pulls in the same direction.

Cons

Car parking is sometimes hard to come by, although never impossible.

People, home working, flexible when needing time off

Cons

People, systems, poor commission structure, lack of progression. Everyone understands the system is old and have accepted it without change - creates bad behaviours in most departments. It’s used as an excuse for error, errors aren’t documented and processes aren’t changed.
