      Company parties and Bonus programs.

      Cons

      Very clique environment, I knew more about employees' personal life than I cared to know. Many did not hold the company's vale of "staying above the line," including management. Favoritism, if you are not a family member or close friend, it will seem like you do not have a voice and they will push out if they do not like personal Nepotism, 25% of the company is family Cronyism, 20% of the company are friends or friends of friends. No HR department. No growth opportunities.

      Friendly co-workers Fun atmosphere Excellent onboarding process Great benefits & work perks Not having to drive into Nashville everyday!

      Challenging work...6 mon+ learning curve...but your team always has your back.
