      Pros

      I have worked here for years and grown significantly, not only up, but in how much I have learned. If you work hard it is noticed and you are compensated. Management always has your back and challenges you in a good way. Because we are privately owned, you have a voice and people listen. Bonuses! Lots of fun events! The people are awesome!

      Cons

      Don't get me wrong, you work hard.... But we play hard!

      Great entry level job

      Learned a lot Lots of parties Incentives such as concerts, games, etc. Full benefits Bonus program

      Cons

      No room for advancement Attitudes are often poor, and "not above the line." You get yelled at a lot Incredibly high expectations for little pay

      Pros

      Conversion is a fast-paced, forward-thinking company. There is a big emphasis on culture and we truly embody the work hard, play hard mentality. Everyone is working toward a common goal and the transparency from management is truly refreshing. There is so much room for personal growth and learning. New ideas are encouraged and taken seriously.

      Cons

      It can get busy - bring time management skills!
