- You'll get quite little in that of career development/skill training. What you do get is basic relative to the rest of the industry, which doesn't serve you well when you eventually try to move onward to other opportunities. - The pay isn't great or at industry standard in my experience unless you're being hired from outside to fill a very specific tough-to-fill role. I will say there are exceptions to this though. - You'll very likely need to put a lot of work in at CLX over a very prolonged period of time to achieve a great salary, much longer than if you worked on your skills a bit and then went to another organization.
