Pros
100% work from home is one of the biggest pros for me. Not having to go into an office and being in charge of my own schedule is exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got. The company has a small to medium business feel where there are still growing pains and things getting figured out, but that is mainly due to the growth from so many new clients continually signing contracts that it's hard to keep up with. There isn't a ton of pointless or unnecessary meetings, which are commonplace at so many other companies. Coworkers have all been great to work alongside. There really isn't much drama or politicking here, which is a breath of fresh air. There are plenty of different things to learn and ways to apply yourself to grow within the company. The pay is decent, and the benefits are really good. The 401K match is higher than anywhere I've been before. Health and dental insurance are quality plans. Overall, pretty nice place to work.
Cons
Upper management is spread thin and has its favorites when it comes to providing opportunities. No reimbursement for continuing education, but you're expected to grow and stay current within the industry. No reimbursement for anything related to your home office setup. They will give you a computer, monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard, but anything outside of that is on you. No reimbursement for home internet, you are given a $50 credit every 3 months($200 a year total) that's supposed to cover your home internet and anything you may need for your home office. There's a bonus plan in place that is confusing and viewed as something that should be overhauled.
