-benefits are ok -design team is cool and fun -get to wfh

Cons

-upper management out of touch, doesn't value employees -overworking -structural issues don't get solved even when brought up multiple times -sales is allowed to get their way most of the time -not much room for improvement/growth unless you sacrifice your time for the company -low pay -they don't really hire POC and no diversity initiatives -heavily "christian" upper management
