      Pros

      Potentially easy job depending on your department but you will never grow unless you're their favorite. Benefits are decent but you have to do their medical plan. There are some people working there that are good like anywhere but they typically aren't in management that's for sure!

      Cons

      Underpays a lot. Might also be insane level of work. Company is going downhill. They will never give you reasons to try hard. All politics. Please don't work here.

      Leadership based on geographical location and not skill set or experience(Do you live in Bloomington). This has lead to poor business decisions, lack of diversity, disgruntled employees and high turnover.
