      Pros

      its nice to be able to choose a 10 hour shift or a 8 hour shift. a decent amount of paid time off after about 5 years.

      Cons

      way to much favoritism and secrecy. hourly wages way to low even for the area. basically no chance for better opportunities. turnover rate excessively high. little to no respect. hr only there to protect management not hourly employees. production workers discouraged from offering input or suggestions.

      Very casual atmosphere. Great coworkers. Company care about the products they develop and encourages every employee to take pride in the quality of our work

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward movement. Pay is lower than other companies in the industry. Expected employees to take on additional responsibilities/tiles with out pay increase
