Pros

Cook Systems is putting people first above revenue and profits. That is rare in a time when everything is about increasing profits and generating revenue for owners and stock holders. Cook has adopted 3 basic principles, Integrity, Investment and Innovation. These principles are driving the future of Cook and the way they do business.

Cons

An old reputation that is sometimes hard to change.

Pros

1. NO experience required. I had a degree in Computer Science when I entered Fast Track'd. Few companies seemed to want to hire developers with no experience. When I read the post for this program, I definitely had doubts about its legitimacy. But I took the offer, and I never looked back. I am currently six months into my first assignment, and I finally feel like I am where I am supposed to be. 2. Fast Track'd is a free program. 3. My instructors were highly informative, and overall, every employee seemed to wish to see me succeed.

Cons

1. The cost of living during the two months may be hard for some to attain. Cook offers free living for the duration, but two months without pay is a hurtle if you have any significant bills. 2. Assessments are stressful, but for a reason. I felt both exhausted and accomplished after each assignment.
