Pros

Good Benefits, For a small fee you can drive a company car but your family can never ride in the car

Cons

Management is abusive, constant micromanaging, does not care about your family, say they are a Christian based company but that is far from the truth. More care is put on outward contributions to the community than to the employees. Many employees are on state assistance due to low pay.

Pros

Stable, growing, customer, as well as employee oriented company. If you are ready to work honestly, hard, smart, and put in the hours, you can make a living. Not going to get rich, but the company is always looking to find ways to keep employees longer. Excellent training program. The best in the industry. Company vehicles, uniforms, matched 401k up to 5% of your income. Health, life, vision, dental insurance available.

Cons

Some of the managers are not the best. The good old boy system still is at work, but seems to be going out. Corporate mentality is slow to change, but what's new about that?

Pros

Uh.... Some customers are great

Cons

Long hours.. 10-14 hour days in Georgia. High number of stops for quota and if you're stuck with new contracts you'll find yourself behind. Everything is hand written and stone age. be prepared to work Saturdays if you fall more than 5 stops behind. Management never orders enough supplies, trucks are POS. Bad sales means unnecessary visits to a problem you can't control. No....NO FAMILY TIME! Techs are salary so adding unnecessary task like collections, calling to notify customers (should have an automated service) is slave driving. Every tech loves working a full day and then come back to beg customers to pay. Monthly training always comes with a condescending and arrogant message from the CEO. Common sense apparently is not sufficient the company or he assumes we're all dumb. Last but not least the pay is not worth it. No one has shown me how to interpret the pay sheet and now I'm convinced they don't know either.
