Live to work environment be prepared to work long hrs and once you finish the week you spend your weekends preparing for the next week by maintaining your tools and truck because you never have time for it during the week. Pay is mediocre. Company doesn’t contribute to your 401k at all so what’s the point. When you want to use your use or loss it PTO you have to find someone to cover for you even though that’s a management responsibility. Communicate is a big problem in this company very spotty to say the least. They like to say help is just around the corner but truthfully it’s few and far between. Training is also a very limited thing here. Favoritism is a big thing too if you’re a big time salesperson doesn’t matter how good you are at the work they treat you better and to more opportunities if you sell good.
