Comfortable and efficient office environment, standing desks and double monitors help with heavy workload, Open door communication with direct manager, heavy workload made days go by quickly

Cons

Support for management is spotty at best, communication with purchasing was always frustrating

Great culture and work environment Great team and managers Alot to learn

Cons

Bonuses come late. Not all employees get to work from home everyday for some reason. Health insurance is expensive. Laptops given are inadequate. Stingy with overtime hours. Benefits are okay, not the best overall. Hours are not flexible. Expected to work 8:30am-5:30pm.
