I like the people and love my job. The room for advance and the compensation is not bad could be a little better. I also love the traveling part of my job.

Cons

implement same rules for all coolsys company's. Like not getting a company van or truck unless a journeyman or above.

The operating of growth, and the family like culture. The opportunities endless of growth and leveling up. For the main focus of safety and health, and grateful for the opportunity of the company growth for the future.

Pros

The field work is often a good combination of fun and challenging. I feel that I am given the tools and training that I need to be an effective technician.

Cons

The on-call schedule can be a little rough. I was also very disappointed to learn that I am only eligible for one raise every 6 months. I leveled up on 2024 which exempted me from receiving my annual raise. It’s not very good for morale to lose out on potential for more income because of the timing of a career advancement.
